early voting areas; amending s. 102.031, F.S.; 3
authorizing photography at polling rooms and early 4
voting areas at specified times; providing an 5
effective date. 6

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Subsection (5) of section 102.031, Florida 10
Statutes, is amended to read: 11
102.031 Maintenance of good order at pol ls; authorities; 12
persons allowed in polling rooms and early voting areas; 13
unlawful solicitation of voters. — 14
(5) No Photography is not permitted in the polling room or 15
early voting area while the polling room or early voting area is 16
open, except an elector may photograph his or her own ballot. 17
For purposes of this subsection , a polling room is considered 18
open until any elector who is in line has been allowed to cast a 19
vote. 20
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025. 21
