57 | 57 | | or emergency countermeasure drug is recommended by the United 32 |

58 | 58 | | States Food and Drug Administration or the Department of Health 33 |

60 | 60 | | (2)(a) The agency shall publish on its website: 35 |

61 | 61 | | 1. A list of medical conditions related to a vaccine, 36 |
---|
62 | 62 | | immunizing agent, or emergency countermeasure drug for the 37 |
---|
63 | 63 | | expedited claims described in subsection (1). 38 |
---|
64 | 64 | | 2. A list of potential adverse reactions found in the 39 |
---|
65 | 65 | | manufacturer's product insert of a vaccine, immunizing agent, or 40 |
---|
66 | 66 | | drug which are deemed critical, severe, or temporarily or 41 |
---|
67 | 67 | | permanently disabling by the agency or the physicians who make 42 |
---|
68 | 68 | | the diagnoses in the claims described in subsection (1). 43 |
---|
69 | 69 | | 3. Any new medical condition related to a vaccine, 44 |
---|
70 | 70 | | immunizing agent, or emergency countermeasure drug which arises. 45 |
---|
71 | 71 | | 4. Any future vaccine, immunizing agent, or emergency 46 |
