23	23	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 10

25	25	Section 1. Subsectio n (2) of section 1002.55, Florida 12
26	26	Statutes, is amended to read: 13
27	27	1002.55 School-year prekindergarten program delivered by 14
28	28	private prekindergarten providers. — 15
29	29	(2) Each school-year prekindergarten program delivered by 16
30	30	a private prekindergarten provider mu st comprise at least 1,440 17
31	31	540 instructional hours. 18
32	32	Section 2. Subsection (2) of section 1002.61, Florida 19
33	33	Statutes, is amended to read: 20
34	34	1002.61 Summer prekindergarten program delivered by public 21
35	35	schools and private prekindergarten providers. — 22
36	36	(2) Each summer prekindergarten program delivered by a 23
37	37	public school or private prekindergarten provider must: 24
38	38	(a) Comprise at least 480 300 instructional hours; 25

54	54	eligible for admission to kindergarten in a public school under 29

57	57	Statutes, is amended to read: 32
58	58	1002.63 School-year prekindergarten program delivered by 33

61	61	a public school must comprise at least 1,440 540 instructional 36
