2323 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 10

2525 Section 1. Subsectio n (2) of section 1002.55, Florida 12
2626 Statutes, is amended to read: 13

2929 (2) Each school-year prekindergarten program delivered by 16
