26 | 26 | | 163.360 Community redevelopment plans. — 13 |

27 | 27 | | (9)(a) Upon the approval by the governing body of a 14 |

28 | 28 | | community redevelopment plan or of any modification thereof, 15 |
---|
29 | 29 | | such plan or modification is shall be deemed to be in full force 16 |
---|
30 | 30 | | and effect for the respective community redevelopment area, and 17 |
---|
31 | 31 | | the county or municipality may then cause the community 18 |
---|
32 | 32 | | redevelopment agency to carry out such plan or modification in 19 |
---|
33 | 33 | | accordance with its terms. 20 |

34 | 34 | | (b) In carrying out such plan or modification, a community 21 |

35 | 35 | | redevelopment agency may use up to 20 percent of tax increment 22 |

36 | 36 | | financing funds for business support services, including, but 23 |
