| 26 | 26 | | (1) For purposes of this section, the term: 13 |

| 27 | 27 | | (b) "First responder" has the same meaning as provided in 14 |

| 28 | 28 | | s. 112.1815 and includes 911 public safety telecommunicators as 15 |

| 29 | 29 | | defined in s. 401.465, correctional officers as defined in s. 16 |

| 30 | 30 | | 943.10(2), and correctional probation officers as defined in s. 17 |

| 31 | 31 | | 943.10(3), and support personnel as defined in s. 943.10(11) who 18 |

| 32 | 32 | | are involved in investigating a crime scene or collecting or 19 |

| 33 | 33 | | processing evidence. 20 |
