28 | 28 | | Section 1. (1) Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, a 15 |
---|
29 | 29 | | county or municipality may not enact a policy, ordinance, 16 |
---|
30 | 30 | | regulation, or other measure that addresses agricultural lands 5 17 |
---|
31 | 31 | | acres or larger if the policy, ordinance, regulation, or other 18 |
---|
32 | 32 | | measure requires a monetary exaction from an amusement business 19 |
---|
33 | 33 | | owner whose equipment is placed, parked, o r stored on the 20 |
---|
34 | 34 | | agricultural land for 6 months or longer. This prohibition 21 |
---|
35 | 35 | | applies only if the agricultural land is fully fenced along the 22 |
---|
36 | 36 | | perimeter and the equipment that is placed, parked, or stored on 23 |
---|
37 | 37 | | the agricultural land is at least 100 feet from the perimeter 24 |
---|

56 | 56 | | food, beverages, and games who travels around the United States 31 |

57 | 57 | | on a seasonal or temporary basis to provide such services to 32 |
---|
58 | 58 | | state, district, and county fairs as defined in s. 616.001, or 33 |
---|
59 | 59 | | who supports events sponsored by not-for-profit organizations 34 |
---|
60 | 60 | | for fundraising. 35 |
---|
61 | 61 | | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025. 36 |
