| 23 | 23 | | Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section 10 |

| 24 | 24 | | 893.05, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 11 |

| 27 | 27 | | (1)(a) A practitioner, in good faith and in the course of 14 |
