| 27 | 27 | | (1) For the purposes of this section, the term "medspa" 14 |

| 29 | 29 | | cosmetic services and medical services under the supervision of 16 |

| 30 | 30 | | a physician licensed under chapter 458 or c hapter 459. A medspa 17 |

| 31 | 31 | | may provide traditional spa services and noninvasive, cosmetic 18 |

| 32 | 32 | | procedures, such as laser hair removal, medical -grade skin 19 |

| 33 | 33 | | therapies, chemical peels, and cosmetic injections. The term 20 |

| 34 | 34 | | does not include a physician's office in which such services are 21 |
