Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

Section 1. Transportation facility designations; 11
Department of Transportation t o erect suitable markers. — 12
(1) That portion of U.S. 41 between Melbourne Street and 13
Church Street in Charlotte County is designated as "Sergeant 14
Elio Diaz Memorial Highway." 15
(2) That portion of I -275 between mile markers 47 and 48 16
in Hillsborough Count y is designated as "Master Patrol Officer 17
Jesse Madsen Memorial Highway." 18
(3) That portion of Southern Boulevard between Kirk Road 19
and S. Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach County is designated as 20
"President Donald J. Trump Boulevard." 21
(4) That portion of S outhern Boulevard between the 18000 22
block of Southern Boulevard and Royal Palm Beach Boulevard in 23
Palm Beach County is designated as "PBSO Motorman Highway." 24
(5) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 25

suitable markers designating the trans portation facilities as 26
described in this section. 27
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025. 28
