24	24	101.6923(1), F.S., relating to certain voters who are 11
25	25	required to submit certain identification before 12
26	26	voting, to incorporate the amendments made by the act; 13
27	27	reenacting s. 322.01(6), F.S., relating t o the 14
28	28	definition of the term "color photographic driver 15
29	29	license," to incorporate the amendment made by the 16
30	30	act; providing an effective date. 17

32	32	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 19

34	34	Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subsection (3) of s ection 21
35	35	97.0535, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 22
36	36	97.0535 Special requirements for certain applicants. — 23
37	37	(3)(a) The following forms of identification are shall be 24

131	131	322.01 Definitions. —As used in this chapter: 82
132	132	(6) "Color photographic driver license" means a color 83
133	133	photograph of a completed driver license form meeting the 84
134	134	requirements prescribed in s. 322.14. 85
135	135	Section 7. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025. 86
