213 | 213 | | (e) A licensed dealer or a seller or other transferor may 140 |

214 | 214 | | not sell or otherwise transfer a firearm to a purchaser or other 141 |

216 | 216 | | the purchaser or other transferee is prohibited from possessing 143 |
