amending s. 180.03, F.S.; authorizing municipalities 3
to use certain funds for a specified purpose; 4

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Subsection (4) is added to section 180.03, 9
Florida Statutes, to read: 10
180.03 Resolution or ordinance proposing construction or 11
extension of utility; objections to same.— 12
(4) A municipality is authorized to utilize revenue 13
generated by the municipality from operation of the 14
municipality's central sewage system for expansion of the 15
central sewage system. 16
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025. 17
