| 27 | 27 | | (2)(a) A person may request expedited services by 14 |

| 28 | 28 | | submitting to the department an expedited service request form. 15 |

| 29 | 29 | | A request for expedited services must be made in person or 16 |

| 30 | 30 | | through an electronic transmission. A request for expedited 17 |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | services may not be requested through mail. In addition to the 18 |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | filing fees in subsection (1), a person must pay the following 19 |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | fees for expedited services: 20 |

| 34 | 34 | | 1. For a request received by the department before 4 p.m. 21 |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | requesting service within 1 hour: $1,000. 22 |

| 36 | 36 | | 2. For a request received by the department before 2 p.m. 23 |
