Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section 11
455.2124, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 12
455.2124 Proration of or not requiring continuing 13
education.— 14

(b) This subsection does not apply to building code 16
administrators and inspectors regulated under part XII of 17
chapter 468; engineers regulated under pursuant to chapter 471; 18
to certified public accountants regulated under pursuant to 19
chapter 473; to brokers, broker associates, and sales associates 20
regulated under pursuant to part I of chapter 475; to appraisers 21
regulated under pursuant to part II of chapter 475; to 22
architects, interior designers, or landscape architects 23
regulated under pursuant to chapter 481; or to contractors 24
regulated under pursuant to chapter 489. 25

Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025. 26
