| 31 | 31 | | (1) The Dog Breeding T rust Fund is created within the 18 |

| 33 | 33 | | as a funding source for implementing and enforcing this section. 20 |

| 34 | 34 | | (2) Funds credited to the Dog Breeders Trust Fund shall 21 |

| 35 | 35 | | consist of fees, penalties, and payme nts received by the state 22 |

| 57 | 57 | | s. 215.3206(1) and (2). 32 |

| 58 | 58 | | Section 2. This act shall take effect on the same date 33 |

| 59 | 59 | | that HB 1481 or similar legislation takes effect , if such 34 |

| 60 | 60 | | legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an 35 |
