An act making appropriations; providing moneys for the 2
annual period beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 3
30, 2026, and supplemental appropriations for the 4
period ending June 30, 2025, to pay salaries and other 5
expenses, capital outlay —buildings and other 6
improvements, and for other specified purposes of the 7
various agencies of state government; providing 8
effective dates. 9

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 11

The moneys contained herein are appropriated from the named 13
funds for Fiscal Year 2025 -2026 to the state agency indicated, 14
as the amounts to be used to pay the salaries, other operational 15
expenditures, and fixed capital outlay of the named agencies, 16
and are in lieu of all moneys appropriated for these purposes in 17
other sections of the Florida Statutes. 18
