24 | 24 | Section 1. All collective bargaining issues for which 11 | |
25 | 25 | negotiations have reach ed an impasse for the 202 5-2026 fiscal 12 | |
26 | 26 | year between the State of Florida and the certified 13 | |

28 | 28 | shall be resolved pursuant to instructions provided in the 15 | |
29 | 29 | General Appropriations Act and relevant provis ions of any 16 | |
30 | 30 | legislation enacted to implement the General Appropriations Act 17 | |
31 | 31 | for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. 18 | |
32 | 32 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025. 19 |
