23 | 23 | | wake of her contentious and expensive divorce after a brief 12 |

25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Lacasse suggested to her mother that she hang 14 |
---|
26 | 26 | | up, take some time to calm down, and, afterward, cal l her back, 15 |

27 | 27 | | which her mother did; however, Ms. Lacasse missed her mother's 16 |

29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, when Ms. Ermini failed to reach her daughter, she 18 |

64 | 64 | | verbal commands, and he later told investigators that he could 43 |
