Florida Senate - 2025 SB 340 By Senator Gruters 22-00761-25 2025340__ 1 A bill to be entitled 2 An act relating to international health organization 3 policies; amending s. 381.00322, F.S.; prohibiting 4 governmental entities and educational institutions 5 from adopting, implementing, or enforcing 6 international health organizations public health 7 policies or guidelines without exception; providing an 8 effective date. 9 10 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 11 12 Section 1.Section 381.00322, Florida Statutes, is amended 13 to read: 14 381.00322International health organization policies.A 15 governmental entity as defined in s. 381.00316 or an educational 16 institution as defined in s. 381.00319 may not adopt, implement, 17 or enforce an international health organizations public health 18 policies or guidelines unless authorized to do so under state 19 law, rule, or executive order issued by the Governor under s. 20 252.36. 21 Section 2.This act shall take effect July 1, 2025.
