| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, born in 1948 to Adel and Lillie Dollar as one of eight siblings, Alvin proudly4 |

| 16 | 16 | | carries the moniker of a "Grady Baby"; and5 |

| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Alvin's dedication to improving the quality of life across metro Atlanta is best6 |

| 18 | 18 | | exemplified by his tireless advocacy for poverty rights, mental health, and economic7 |

| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, he gained valuable insights and wisdom through his early social work with9 |

| 39 | 39 | | WHEREAS, ever ready to be a part of societal change, Alvin has actively participated in25 |

| 40 | 40 | | various political campaigns over the years and is honored to have represented Georgia at the26 |

| 42 | 42 | | WHEREAS, since stepping onto the Board of the ArtsXchange in 2019, he has continued to28 |

| 43 | 43 | | share his stories, build bridges in the community, and dedicate his time and energy toward29 |
