| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, as the first African American council member in Lovejoy, she served with6 |

| 21 | 21 | | distinction for 16 years, bringing transformative initiatives to the community such as the7 |

| 22 | 22 | | now-annual Fall Festival, which now draws thousands of people into downtown Lovejoy8 |

| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Marci's commitment to excellence further extended to essential community10 |

| 37 | 37 | | WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this20 |
