| 21 | 21 | | and charitable endeavors, operating as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization; and5 |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, representing the professional interests of over 4,000 physicians, dentists, and6 |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | allied health professionals of Nigerian birth, ethnicity, or empathy in the United States,7 |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | Canada, and the Caribbean, ANPA has consistently provided a vital platform for medical and8 |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | scientific dialogue and addressed health issues within North America, the Caribbean, and9 |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | Africa, especially those pertinent to individuals of descent from the Nigerian Diaspora; and10 |

| 27 | 27 | | WHEREAS, the Nigerian Physicians Advocacy Group (NPAG), serving as the non-partisan11 |

| 28 | 28 | | 501(c)(4) affiliate of ANPA, was incorporated in 2019 with the mission to further the goals12 |

| 29 | 29 | | of ANPA by advocating for initiatives that strengthen the rule of law, engaging in voter13 |

| 40 | 40 | | WHEREAS, the ANPA Georgia Chapter has tirelessly addressed healthcare disparities and21 |

| 41 | 41 | | access issues within the state by organizing health fairs across various counties, including22 |

| 42 | 42 | | Henry and Fulton counties, focusing on chronic illnesses such as hypertension and diabetes23 |

| 43 | 43 | | alongside education on healthy living and breast cancer awareness; and24 |

| 44 | 44 | | WHEREAS, demonstrating a commitment to social responsibility, the ANPA Georgia25 |

| 45 | 45 | | Chapter has forged partnerships with organizations like Hosea Helps to serve those in need26 |

| 46 | 46 | | and address hunger and homelessness in Georgia; and27 |
|---|
| 47 | 47 | | WHEREAS, amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, both ANPA and28 |

| 48 | 48 | | NPAG actively participated in fundraising efforts, contributing to the procurement of29 |

| 49 | 49 | | Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for Nigeria and supporting relief campaigns assisting30 |
