| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, a gifted student at Armuchee High School, Benjamin Cranford has been3 |

| 15 | 15 | | recognized for his superlative achievement and selected as Armuchee High School's 20244 |

| 16 | 16 | | STAR Student; and5 |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, to be selected as a STAR Student, a student must have obtained the highest6 |

| 18 | 18 | | score in one administration of the three-part Scholastic Aptitude Test and be in the top 107 |

| 19 | 19 | | percent or top ten students of his or her class; and8 |

| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, each school has one STAR Student who in turn has the opportunity to choose9 |
