22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, this outstanding organization has had a tremendous impact on its community6 |

23 | 23 | | through its spirit of service and desire to improve the quality of life in both the United States7 |

25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, in the United States, the group awards scholarships to qualified high school9 |

26 | 26 | | seniors in the Atlanta area, conducts outreach to schools in the Atlanta area to educate10 |

27 | 27 | | students about the cultural heritage of Nigeria and Africa, and organize annual summer11 |

28 | 28 | | enrichment and educational programs for youth and children in the Atlanta area; and12 |

29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, the association also collaborates with numerous charitable organizations13 |

47 | 47 | | NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that28 |
