| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, first hosted by Georgia Southern University from 2000 through 2009, the5 |

| 22 | 22 | | Leadership Southeast Georgia program expanded its footprint throughout the region covering6 |

| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Leadership Southeast Georgia has evolved into a leadership program designed8 |

| 25 | 25 | | to advance economic and community development in the ten-county southeast Georgia9 |
