| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Life After the Rain (LATR) is an organization of widows and widowers3 |

| 20 | 20 | | committed to helping one another regain their quality of life and recover from the heartbreak4 |

| 21 | 21 | | and tragedy of losing their spouses; and5 |

| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, LATR began on May 21, 2016, at an inaugural breakfast sponsored by TGI6 |

| 23 | 23 | | Friday's wherein attendees were asked to bring a picture of their spouse and share precious7 |

| 24 | 24 | | memories; and8 |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, this gathering continued annually for four consecutive years until the9 |

| 26 | 26 | | COVID-19 pandemic, leading the organization to plan a Christmas Drive By and a 3K Walk10 |

| 27 | 27 | | in Honor of International Widows Day; and11 |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | WHEREAS, the walk was held at the Clayton County International Park in partnership with12 |

| 29 | 29 | | the Clayton County Commission and Commissioner DeMont Davis, giving its over 5013 |
