| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Amos Kimbrough has long been recognized by the citizens of this state for the3 |

| 13 | 13 | | vital role that he has played in leadership and his deep personal commitment to the welfare4 |

|---|
| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, he has diligently and conscientiously devoted innumerable hours of his time,6 |

| 16 | 16 | | talents, and energy toward the betterment of his community and state, as evidenced7 |

| 17 | 17 | | dramatically by his superlative service with the Tift County Board of Elections and8 |
