| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Phoenix Sheridan has attained the rank of Eagle Scout, the most distinguished2 |

| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, a candidate for the most exceptional award in scouting must complete a4 |

| 12 | 12 | | rigorous program of training and demonstrate his proficiency in selected scouting techniques5 |

| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, only one scout out of 97 ever reaches this lofty level of achievement, and7 |
