| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, the "Our Money United" Campaign was birthed by the Greenwood Chamber2 |

| 14 | 14 | | of Commerce, the original Black Wall Street Chamber, and Friends of the Movement in3 |

| 15 | 15 | | response to the unprecedented demand for economic justice following the tragic murder of4 |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | George Floyd; and5 |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, "Our Money United" promotes an ecosystem for consumers to support causes6 |

| 18 | 18 | | and merchants that align with their values; and7 |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, "Our Money United" is supported by a conscious spending technology platform8 |

| 20 | 20 | | that allows citizens and conscious groups to vote with their wallets to bring about social and9 |

| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, the first spending campaign for "Our Money United" is the Black Wall Street11 |

| 23 | 23 | | 4.0 initiative to close the wealth gap in America for Black Americans; and12 |

| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, "Our Money United" has chosen Atlanta as a model Conscious City due to its13 |

| 25 | 25 | | renowned legacy of civil rights and corporate partnership, its status as having the largest14 |

| 31 | 31 | | WHEREAS, "Our Money United" will commence its pilot in Atlanta to introduce to the17 |

| 34 | 34 | | WHEREAS, "Our Money United" helps support and build Black and ally merchants that20 |

| 35 | 35 | | create jobs and wealth within Black communities; and21 |

| 36 | 36 | | WHEREAS, "Our Money United" has created the first-ever Voter Wallet to allow citizens22 |

| 37 | 37 | | to vote beyond the ballot box and that displays spending data on the Black Spending Ticker23 |

| 38 | 38 | | to measure and report Black and ally spending with each other; and24 |

| 39 | 39 | | WHEREAS, Friends of the Movement Global has developed the technology to connect the25 |

| 40 | 40 | | Black community and their allies to locate and report Black and Friends of the Movement26 |

| 42 | 42 | | NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that28 |

| 44 | 44 | | BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized30 |
