| 20 | 20 | | This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Reducing Barriers to State Employment10 |

| 32 | 32 | | corporation, or authority;20 |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | (2) Identify jobs for which the educational, experiential, and training requirements could21 |

| 34 | 34 | | be reduced from their present level; and22 |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | (3) Insofar as practicable, reduce the number of jobs for which a four-year college degree23 |

| 36 | 36 | | is required as a condition of employment."24 |
