20 | 20 | | (2) 'Human embryo' means an individual fertilized ovum of the human species from the12 |

21 | 21 | | single-cell stage to eight-week development.13 |

22 | 22 | | (b) Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, any human egg or human14 |

23 | 23 | | embryo that exists outside of a uterus of a human body shall not, under any circumstances,15 |
