| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Albany-Dougherty County is known for its innovative small businesses; Marine6 |

| 14 | 14 | | Corps Logistics Base Albany; global industries including Procter & Gamble, Molson Coors,7 |

| 15 | 15 | | Mars Wrigley Confectionery, Georgia Pacific, Thrush Aircraft, and ThermaCare; attractions8 |

| 16 | 16 | | and growing tourism industry; outdoor recreational opportunities; natural resources;9 |

| 17 | 17 | | world-class health care; and educational institutions; and10 |

| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce represents and advances the interests11 |

| 19 | 19 | | of the business community with distinction; it leads the efforts to create a business climate12 |

| 20 | 20 | | that is conducive to economic growth and prosperity; and13 |

| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, in the aftermath of natural disasters and the COVID-19 pandemic, it played a14 |
