| 17 | 17 | | 2006 (Ga. L. 2006, p. 4422), as amended, particularly by an Act approved May 28, 2010 (Ga.9 |

| 21 | 21 | | Any and all assets of the Lower Chattahoochee Regional Airport Authority shall devolve13 |

| 22 | 22 | | automatically and without further action to Randolph County, Georgia. The Board of14 |

| 23 | 23 | | Commissioners of Randolph County, Georgia, is authorized to execute any deeds or15 |

| 26 | 26 | | instruments of conveyance required to place title of such assets into the name of Randolph |

| 28 | 28 | | County and is authorized to do so in the name of the Lower Chattahoochee Regional Airport17 |

| 29 | 29 | | Authority. The obligations of the Lower Chattahoochee Regional Airport Authority shall be18 |

| 30 | 30 | | transferred to and assumed by Randolph County, Georgia, by such instruments as may be19 |

| 31 | 31 | | required to maintain the same. The Board of Commissioners of Randolph County, Georgia,20 |

| 32 | 32 | | is authorized to execute any such instruments required to transfer such obligations into the21 |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | name of Randolph County and is authorized to do so in the name of the Lower22 |

| 34 | 34 | | Chattahoochee Regional Airport Authority.23 |
