53 | 40 | | (2) A per diem of $100.00 for each day the deputy coroner does not work a case;33 |

54 | 41 | | provided, however, that a deputy coroner shall not be entitled to a per diem pursuant to34 |

55 | 42 | | this paragraph for more than 90 days in a calendar year; provided, further, that sufficient35 |
