1515 To amend an Act making and providing appropriations for the State Fiscal Year beginning

1717 July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025, known as the "General Appropriations Act," Act No.2
1818 709, approved May 7, 2024, so as to make, provide, and change certain appropriations for3
1919 the operation of the state government and its departments, boards, bureaus, commissions,4
2020 institutions, and other agencies, for the university system, common schools, counties,5
2121 municipalities, and political subdivisions, for all other governmental activities, projects, and6
2222 undertakings authorized by law, and for all leases, contracts, agreements, and grants7
2323 authorized by law; to provide for the control and administration of funds; to provide an8
2424 effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.9
2525 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:10

2727 An Act making and providing appropriations for the State Fiscal Year beginning July 1,12
2828 2024, and ending June 30, 2025, known as the "General Appropriations Act," Act No. 709,13
2929 approved May 7, 2024, is amended by striking everything following the Part I designation14
3030 up to but not including the Part II designation and by substituting in lieu thereof the15
3131 following:16

3434 "The sums of money hereinafter provided are appropriated for the State Fiscal Year

3636 beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025, as prescribed hereinafter for such fiscal18
3737 year:"19

3939 This Act shall become effective upon its approval by the Governor or upon its becoming law21
4040 without such approval.22
4141 PART III23
4242 All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.24
