1717 To amend an Act to continue and re-create the State Court of Gwinnett County, approved

1919 March 23, 1977 (Ga. L. 1977, p. 3331), as amended, so as to as to provide a supplement for2
2020 the chief judge of said court; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for3
2121 other purposes.4
2222 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:5
2323 SECTION 1.6
2424 An Act to continue and re-create the State Court of Gwinnett County, approved March 23,7
2525 1977 (Ga. L. 1977, p. 3331), as amended, is amended by adding a new subsection to8
2626 Section 13 to read as follows:9
2727 "(c.1) The governing authority of Gwinnett County shall provide from county funds10
2828 supplements to the compensation otherwise provided for in this Act for the chief judge of11
2929 said court in the amount of $10,000.00 per year, to be paid in 12 equal monthly payments. 12
3030 The supplement provided by this section shall be in addition to any other compensation or13
3131 supplements provided to each judge of the court."14

3636 This Act shall become effective on June 1, 2025.16

3838 All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.18
