| 11 | 11 | | women's service organization dedicated to the promotion of historic preservation, education,4 |

| 12 | 12 | | and patriotism in communities across the nation; and5 |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, the Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizens Award and6 |

| 14 | 14 | | Scholarship Contest was created in 1934 to recognize and reward individuals who possess7 |

| 15 | 15 | | the qualities of dependability, service, leadership, and patriotism in their homes, schools, and8 |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | communities; and9 |

| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, the George Walton & James Oglethorpe Chapters of the Daughters of the10 |

| 18 | 18 | | American Revolution have honored the following students as their 2024-2025 Good Citizens:11 |
