| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, this exemplary nonprofit organization will celebrate its 10th anniversary on5 |

| 22 | 22 | | February 28, 2025, honoring a decade of dedicated advocacy, education, and community6 |

| 23 | 23 | | engagement in defense of the rights and responsibilities of African American firearm owners;7 |
