| 26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, Director Ayers graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of10 |

| 28 | 28 | | WHEREAS, Director Ayers has graduated from advanced law enforcement leadership12 |

| 29 | 29 | | programs such as the FBI National Academy, the Georgia Law Enforcement Professional13 |
