| 21 | 21 | | 2024 Georgia Tree Farmer of the Year in recognition of their outstanding forest management5 |

| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, presented through the American Tree Farm System, this prestigious award7 |

| 24 | 24 | | honors private landowners who demonstrate forestry practices that support local wildlife,8 |

| 25 | 25 | | wood production, water conservation, and recreational opportunities; and9 |

| 26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, established in the 1700s, the Yeomans family farm has grown from its original10 |

| 27 | 27 | | 275 acres to encompass 2,300 acres of beautifully kept land; and11 |

| 28 | 28 | | WHEREAS, their logging business, Yeomans Wood and Timber, is widely recognized for12 |

| 29 | 29 | | its commitment to forest stewardship, employing sustainable forestry management practices13 |

| 30 | 30 | | such as prescribed fire, native longleaf pine restoration, and wildlife habitat preservation; and14 |
