| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Dereck Isaiah Reed is an 11th grade student at Global Impact Academy with2 |

| 12 | 12 | | a deep passion for civil engagement, politics, neuroscience, debate, and philosophy; and3 |

| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, he actively participates in numerous academic and extracurricular activities,4 |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | including the debate club, the Fulton County Youth Commission, the Future Business5 |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | Leaders of America, the AJC Black and Jewish Teen Initiative, tutoring, the National Honor6 |

| 16 | 16 | | Society, and the Fulton County Advisory Council, while also playing basketball for7 |

| 17 | 17 | | Creekside High School; and8 |

| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, dedicated to community service and involvement, he is currently interning with9 |
