42 | 42 | | of the United States and the Senate of the United States; and this application shall be23 |

43 | 43 | | aggregated with those of other states for the purpose of attaining the two-thirds of states24 |

44 | 44 | | necessary to require Congress to call a limited convention on this subject, but shall not be25 |

45 | 45 | | aggregated with any other applications on any other subject.26 |

46 | 46 | | BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the General Assembly of Georgia insists that the27 |

47 | 47 | | convention be solely limited to strict consideration of the subject matter contained in this28 |

48 | 48 | | resolution and that the United States Congress enact a severe criminal penalty for persons29 |

49 | 49 | | who violate the finite scope of the call.30 |

50 | 50 | | BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this application constitutes a continuing application in31 |

51 | 51 | | accordance with Article V of the Constitution of the United States of America until the32 |

52 | 52 | | legislatures of at least two-thirds of the several states have made applications on the same33 |
