| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Rhea Brashear has been selected to compete for the honor of becoming the2 |

| 12 | 12 | | state recipient of the Technical College System of Georgia's 2024 Adult Education Teacher3 |

| 13 | 13 | | of the Year award; and4 |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, with this award, Ms. Brashear has earned the distinction of being named the5 |

| 15 | 15 | | Technical College System of Georgia's 2024 Adult Education Teacher of the Year; and6 |

| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Brashear, an instructor for the adult education program at Southern7 |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | Regional Technical College, has exemplified excellence in instructional knowledge and8 |

| 18 | 18 | | practices; and9 |

| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, in recognition of such, Ms. Brashear was selected from an elite group of10 |

| 20 | 20 | | Georgia technical college adult education instructors who have each demonstrated innovative11 |
