| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, the State of Georgia mourns the loss of one of its most distinguished citizens2 |

| 19 | 19 | | with the passing of Jimmy Chang; and3 |

| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Jimmy Chang graduated from the University of Georgia, where he was a4 |

| 21 | 21 | | member of the Lambda Phi Epsilon fraternity; and5 |

| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, he demonstrated exceptional leadership in the real estate industry as the 20246 |

| 23 | 23 | | President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America – Atlanta Metro Chapter and as7 |

| 24 | 24 | | a member of the 2024 Atlanta Realtors Association Board of Directors; and8 |

| 25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, deeply committed to his community, Jimmy Chang was actively involved in9 |

| 26 | 26 | | numerous local organizations and charities, dedicating innumerable hours of his time and10 |

| 27 | 27 | | energy toward improving the lives of others; and11 |

| 28 | 28 | | WHEREAS, he was admired for his kindness, his mentorship, and his positive and vibrant12 |
