| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, despite being the smallest team competing at the National Level, the Ringgold6 |

| 16 | 16 | | JROTC Tiger Guard has achieved remarkable success, winning over 50 All Army and7 |

| 17 | 17 | | National trophies as well as multiple region and state championships in the past eight years;8 |

| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, the Ringgold JROTC Tiger Guard made history by forming the first all-female10 |

| 20 | 20 | | color guard to present colors at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, an accomplishment that garnered11 |

| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, this all-star team is led by Cadet Drill Team Commander Parell, who has been13 |

| 23 | 23 | | a dedicated member of the Tiger Guard since the seventh grade and competed at the National14 |

| 32 | 32 | | WHEREAS, as this magnificent team earned its well-deserved reputation for excellence by20 |

| 33 | 33 | | performing with courage and precision over months of training and competition, it is21 |
