| 35 | 35 | | WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper to recognize the outstanding accomplishments23 |

| 37 | 37 | | NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that25 |
