| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, he is a dedicated entrepreneur who additionally serves as the president of both5 |

| 22 | 22 | | Keridan Dynamic Solution, a mining consulting company, and Natanjo Ventures LLC; and6 |

| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, he has further distinguished himself as a community leader, currently serving7 |
