| 25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, Chief Robinson began his fire service career in 1979 as a volunteer in his9 |

| 26 | 26 | | hometown of Rock Hill, South Carolina, before relocating to Georgia, where he continued10 |

| 46 | 46 | | WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this outstanding individual be27 |
