| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, for the past 25 years, she has diligently and conscientiously devoted countless6 |

| 24 | 24 | | Georgia General Assembly, as evidenced by her exemplary service in the Georgia House of8 |

| 26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, Talmadge James began her career with the House of Representatives on April10 |
