| 41 | 41 | | WHEREAS, under the historic leadership of CEO Lorraine Cochran-Johnson, the first22 |

| 42 | 42 | | African American woman elected as Chief Executive Officer of DeKalb County, the county23 |

| 43 | 43 | | continues to set the standard for strong governance and economic prosperity.24 |

| 44 | 44 | | NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that25 |

| 45 | 45 | | the members of this body recognize February 26, 2025, as DeKalb Day at the state capitol,26 |

| 46 | 46 | | celebrating the county's rich history, residents, dynamic diversity, and ongoing commitment27 |

| 48 | 48 | | BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized29 |
